Hi, I'm Chris Medelez.
I started my career in accounting, working in payroll, AP/AR, and the general ledger. That’s where I learned how money actually moves through a business.
From there my work grew into payroll, HR systems, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and vendor management. I’ve led compensation and benefits at the director level and supported organizations with hundreds of employees, including multi-state operations.
I’ve also been an owner. I started and ran a landscaping business, so I know what it’s like to put in your own money, figure things out as you go, and make decisions without a big budget.
I started Medelez Solutions so small and growing businesses can get that kind of help without hiring someone full-time. I’m a veteran, and I’m based in San Antonio.
