Pricing mowing jobs from real costs

Lonestar needed a faster, consistent way to price mowing jobs. I built a phone-friendly tool that:

  • Pulls up the property on a satellite map and measures the grass as you trace it
  • Prices each job from real costs: time, equipment, travel, overhead, and profit
  • Sends a clean estimate as a PDF by text or email
  • Turns an accepted estimate into an invoice
  • Keeps clients, estimates, and prices in sync for the whole team
